How It Works:

May is Maternal Mental Health Awareness month and the first week of May is Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week.

Each year, TheBlueDotProject hosts a social media awareness campaign during Maternal Mental Health Awareness week, which surrounds World Maternal Mental Health Day.

TheBlueDotProject team posts daily important memes and messages that Partners and followers can like, share and discuss.

Moms are also invited to participate in the 5-day Making Over Motherhood challenge, posting pictures of #realmotherhood – what it's like behind the scenes of motherhood.
