Making Over MOTHERHOOD MAY 4TH-8TH 2020 MATERNAL MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK MOTHERHOOD ID NOT BLACK AND WHITE

Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week (MMH Week)
May 4-8, 2020

Our theme is
Motherhood is Not Black and White

This year more than ever moms are felt overwhelmed, confused and lonely due to the unprecedented events of COVID-19. Motherhood has felt grey and often it's treated like it's black and white -when it's nothing but. Moms everyone joined us to unpack the complications of life and motherhood together as we pushed to #makeovermotherhood

How It Worked:

During MMH Awareness Week, The BlueDot Project team posted daily memes and messages that followers can like, share and discuss.

How Moms Participated

Moms Joined us for the Third Annual Motherhood Challenge

Moms got real about motherhood and joined our 5-day #MakingOverMotherhood challenge on social media by sharing photos and posts that show the real face of motherhood.

Moms signed up to participate in the 5-day #MakingOverMotherhood Challenge and used the campaign hashtags #MMHWeek2020 and #MakingOverMotherhood when they posted during #MMHWeek2020

Here are some posts from last year:
